About the Phoenix Philosophy 

     Life is hard, so I'm here to make it a little easier. Due to the hectic lives we live, the long hours, and the constant force of gravity dragging us down. We as humans develop poor habits, that that you can't quite quit, causing stress on the body.

     My goal is to help people learn better habits that will allow walking through life just a little bit easier. As well as allowing you to get in touch with your body, and start your own self healing and revitalizing journey.

     So join me, my phoenixes, in creating your new life without pain.

My Slow and Methodical Massage

     My first priority will always be your comfort. When you're booking with me you will get a space to be relaxed. My goal in every session are to find the points in your body that hurt, so you can identify what has been causing you pain. (Not always where you would expect)

90 min - (Recommended for your first session) 
     Full Body Massage, an Initial and Deep dive into getting to
     know your body. Going over the Primary Sections of your
     body.

60 min  
     Targeted Therapeutic Massage, pick up to 3 Sections of your
     body that you want your time focused on.

Primary Sections:
     Back, Posterior/Anterior Legs, Feet, Arms, Shoulders, Neck

Additional Sections:
     Face, Chest, Abdomen, Side Line, Pelvic, Inter-Oral
